Dr. Lam routinely performs
hair restoration on women and is dedicated to creating a female-specific
pattern that differs radically in most cases from his hair transplant
technique in men. Most hair-restoration surgeons fail to understand
the subtle but remarkable differences between a masculine and feminine
hairline or simply do not bother to take the extra effort to create
a female hairline (Quicktime | Windows
Media). On the contrary, Dr. Lam attentively recreates every
nuance of the female hairline including the often-present central cowlick
swirl, temporal sweep, and tighter fronto-temporal angle. The cowlick
swirl can even extend as far back as the central forelock, all of which
Dr. Lam recreates. With his unique method of combination grafting, Dr.
Lam can achieve measurable hair density in the majority of cases in
the central midscalp in only a single session that is oftentimes impossible
with conventional methods of hair restoration.
We offer four stages of hair restoration according to the number of
hairs needed to be restored. Each stage has a range of numbers from
low to high reflecting variations in one's natural hair density.

1 (1000-1600 hairs)
