Patient age 59, Stage 4, One session, 1 year after (Corrective Procedure) This individual underwent previous hair restoration elsewhere and exhibits a "pluggy" look with grafts that are too large for the hairline as well as improper angle placement and poor hair density. He is shown with de-emphasis grafting to eliminate the artificial appearance, to create a natural hairline, and to restore lost hair density in one session.
